A Little Perspective…
A few months back, we were engrossed in our Helping Hands Project….31 Days of Paying it Forward through Random Acts of Kindness.
We loved it!
One of our acts focused around piecing together envelopes with $0.50 in quarters in each as well as a handwritten note written on the outside. We then went around to various payphone areas and taped the envelopes to them…encouraging people to make a phonecall on us.
Well…that act, in particular, caught the attention of the payphone industry as somehow…someone crossed paths with our blog, read what our Helping Hands Project was all about, and got in touch with us.

Flori Meeks, a contributing journalist, interviewed me for the May issue of Perspectives Magazine; a national, APCC publication for those within the payphone industry.
Who knew?!?

Very random….but we loved it!
It was a well-written article that we hope encourages and motivates others to get out there and pay it forward in their own community.
Thank You, Flori!

Appreciate it, David — we had such a wonderful time kicking off our Helping Hands Project back in March 09.
We’re especially excited to find a couple of kindred spirits in Jersey and Philly to join Hope Heals and spread random acts of kindness in their little parts of the world.
They’re taking on our Helping Hands Project in their area and are now contributing their stories on our blog – stay posted!
